With an undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology and a graduate degree in Design, Kate has a strategic mind for tackling big ideas, and a critical eye for refining minute design details. She combines experience in print, online and environmental design, having worked for national and international clients across a range of industries.
With her engineering degree and an unstoppable desire to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest online trends, Caroline is the person responsible for translating RMD’s designs into functioning websites. Reliable, organized and an excellent communicator, she loves to teach people how to effectively use the abundance of online tools available to make their web presence a success. Caroline is a native French-Canadian speaker who became fluent in English while employed in the Royal Canadian Navy.
